Performance Properties LLC was officially formed in 2009. Although the company itself was not officially formed before then, our staff has been in the business for countless years. Our team has the knowledge, the skill, and the will power to make things happen. Each staff member here is bound and determined to be YOUR real estate partner and stand by your side in whatever adventure may come next.

Performance Properties LLC has both commercial and residential holdings in real estate. While we have shifted our primary focus to purchasing, renovating, and holding commercial properties; our secondary focus, which is equally important as the primary, is to purchase, renovate, hold and/or sell residential properties. At Performance Properties LLC we strive to please our clientele by finding them the space or home that fits their needs, while bringing life back to the beautiful Mid-South.
